FAQ

How long does it take to set up and pack away? We require a mimum of 1 - 2 hours to set up and pack away.

What is the mimum space needed to have Zest at your event? Zest is a converted horse box so requires outdoor space and enough room to access the venue. The bar is 6m x 3m and 3.5 Height. Coming soon is mini zest which can be used inside venues, watch this space!

Do you have insurance? Yes we are fully insured with public liability insurance.

Do you accept card payments? Yes we accept card payments and do not charge any transaction fees.

When do we need to access the venue? If we have not been to the venue before, then ideally we would like visit beforehand, however, if that is not possible, we will talk to the venue in advance.

How far do we travel? We cover a 100 mile radius from West Wickham, Kent. However we are more than prepared to travel futher, which may incur an additional cost.

Do we provide staff? Yes we provide you with at least two fully trained members of staff for each event. If you require extra staff there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of this.

What is your staff uniform? Our staff wear black or white polo shirts with our branding on and black trousers.

What time do you serve until? We have to be guided by local licensing and venue restrictions. This would be discussed with you at the time of you booking.
